MEK’S POPULARITY AMONG IRANIAN YOUTH, REGIME’S NIGHTMARE

Increasing popularity Resistance of Iran,(MEK/PMOI) among young people in Iran

by Poorang Novak
One of the great falsehoods of the Iran lobby and the appeasers of the clerical regime in Tehran is that any effort at regime change would inevitably lead to war. This by-line can be seen in every article by the Iran lobby and the appeasers attempting to underscore the growing global support for the Iranian opposition (MEK/PMOI) and the Iranian people’s quest for regime change.
History teaches us though that the longevity of any regime born out of violent conquest is ultimately short-lived.
The Iranian regime that was born out of a revolution overthrowing the Shah, which was in turn hijacked by the mullahs and turned into a religious oligarchy. The original aim of the revolution was the formation of a secular, pluralistic democracy. That dream still exists in the hearts and minds of the overwhelming majority of the Iranian people and resonates in the various forms of protest in Iran, despite the repressive measures by the regime. Therefore, the call for “regime change” is primarily the Iranian people’s demand.READ MORE

HOW BLOOD OF INNOCENTS HAS BECOME AN ENDLESS NIGHTMARE FOR IRANIAN REGIME

The beginning of the brutal crimes against IRANIAN Resistance (MEK/PMOI)the 1980s

By F. Mahmoudi
In Iran, 1980s is known as a bloody decade as thousands of political opponents were executed in brutal mass murder. In the summer of 1988, a massive slaughter took place in Iran’s prisons. Ayatollah Hossein Ali Montazeri, the successor of Khomeini, was dismissed as a result of his objection to this massacre. In September 2016, an audio tape from a meeting of the late Ayatollah Montazeri with members of the committee of executioners
(commonly known by Iranians as death committee) was published by his son, which led to his arrest and prosecution.
In the audio tape, Ayatollah Montazeri described this massacre as the worst crime in the history of the Islamic Republic, and named Ibrahim Raisi, Mostafa Pour Mohammadi, Hossein Ali Nayeri and other coordinators as criminals.
Judgment against Islam
In a recent TV interview, Ali Fallahian, the minister of intelligence during the Rafsanjani government, said: “The view of Mr. Montazeri, who disagreed with Imam (Khomeini), was that these executions will ultimately cause a “historical judgment” against us, a judgement against Islam, so it is to our benefit not to conduct these executions, but Imam said that you must perform your religious duty and don’t wait for the judgment of history.”READ MORE

WEST MUST PROTECT CHRISTIANS FLEEING IRAN, AS MONITORING BY IRGC AND BASIJ CONTINUES

Arrest and imprisonment of Christians in Iran and the silence of the West?

London, 25 Jul - While we know that Iran monitors Christians and other religious group within the country, a worldwide Christian ministry warns that this observation continues even after members of the faith have moved to the West.“In Iran, Christians are monitored closely and their activities filmed. When the authorities decide to crack down on Christians, they are beaten up, arrested or sometimes they just disappear.
One of the main organizations responsible for this is the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). The Iranian constitution gives the IRGC a specific responsibility for protecting the Islamic revolution ideology in Iran and exporting it to other countries. Closely associated with the IRGC is the Basij, which has a similar ideological basis but whose members, recruited from school age, hold other full-time jobs,” officials with Barnabas Fund report.READ MORE

Suppression of women under the pretext of Islamic dress in Iran

Iran: Young woman arrested for wearing a skirt

A young Iranian woman shared a post and a photo in the social networks, reporting that she had been arrested for wearing a blouse and skirt. In this illuminating post, she recounts what happened to her and other women arrested and detained for being improperly veiled. Following is the text of her post:

They told me it's forbidden to wear a blouse and skirt.
It was the first time I was hearing something like this. I never thought the situation in the country was so bad that wearing a skirt could be counted as a crime.
And it was not just me. Everyone wearing short manteaux which was above the knees or was open in the front, and everyone wearing pants just 90-cms in length, were arrested. They were arresting people en masse. Then, when the van was filled, the captain said, 'That's enough. Let's go!'
All the girls were weeping. They were so scared.READ MORE

HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH CALLS ON IRAN TO HALT DRUG-RELATED EXECUTIONS

Executions in Iran are under the pretext of drugs
But in fact it is for the fear of people

Human Rights Watch (HRW) has called on Iran to halt all executions for drug-related offenses while the parliament discusses amendments to reform the country's drug law.The Iranian parliament is expected to vote in two weeks on amendments that could drastically reduce the number of drug-related executions."It makes no sense for Iran's judiciary to execute people now under a drug law that will likely bar such executions as early as next month,
" HRW's Middle East Director Sarah Leah Whitson said in a July 20 statement.
"It would be the height of cruelty to execute someone today for a crime that would at worst get them a 30-year sentence when this law is amended," Whitson added.
The New York-based rights group said the Norway-based Iran Human Rights Organization, which documents executions in Iran, has recorded the executions of 39 people since July 5 on drug-related charges.
Under Iran's current drug law, the trafficking, possession, or trade of as little as 30 grams of heroin is punishable by death.
Earlier this week, the parliament approved a proposal to amend Iran's 1997 Law to Combat Drugs to limit the death penalty for some nonviolent, drug-related offenses.
However, the draft legislation was sent back to the parliamentary judiciary commission to deliberate the proposed changes for certain offenses.
Iran has one of the highest execution rates in the world. Most of the executions are carried out for drug-related convictions.
At least 567 people were put to death in Iran in 2016 mainly for drug-related crimes, according to a report by London-based Amnesty International.

VIDEO: WHY WAS A MAN BRUTALLY MURDERED IN IRAN'S METRO STATION?

The patience of the Iranian people is over

IRAN, July 16, 2017-- On Sunday, July 16, a video published on the social media sites highlighted the moment when a member of Iranian regime's security forces shot dead a young man who refused to take a compulsory religious notice by a mullah in Tehran's Metro station. The video shows that the young man holding the mullah's turban in his hands while objecting to his compulsory notices telling him that he doesn't want to live the way the mullahs want.

He then asked the plainclothes security forces and basij militants carrying assault rifle to move away from him. But they open fire and shot him at a very close range. The man falls down and dies before he gets to a hospital.
Eyewitnesses in the scene say that in contrary to the claims by the regime, the assailant did not attack or harass the people and his only objection was to the Mullah’s harassment.
State run news agency Mehr quoted Hadi Tamhidi, the head of the security council of city of Ray, stating: “this morning a was enjoining a middle-aged man which caused anger in the assailant who attacked the Mullah with knife.read more

MULLAHS USE EUROPEAN POLITICIANS TO WASH IRANIAN’S BLOOD OFF THEIR HANDS

The help of Western governments to violate human rights in Iran

By Zohair Ahmad
On July 5th, 2017, there was a well-orchestrated visit by European politicians from 45 different countries, to the notorious Evin prison in Iran. This visit is the latest attempt from the Mullahs regime to repeal claims of human rights abuse in Iranian prisons. The day before the visit, Javad Larijani, the head of the Iranian regime’s so-called «Human Rights Organisation», claimed there are no political prisoners in Iran.
Following the visit, Tasnim News Agency, which is close to the hardliners in Iran claimed that several Ambassadors were astonished by the quality of the prison. What a shame, it is a disgrace that politicians are so caught up with profit that they choose to ignore the truth about Iran regime’s human rights abuses, not only against prisoners but also against ordinary citizens.  None of the Political Prisoners who are serving time after bogus trials participated in the meetings. According to a political activist who spent 13 years in prison all visits are staged, they prepare a room and a few specially selected prisoners. It is a known fact that authorities have closed Evin prison to independent international and national human rights investigators for more than a decade.  Meanwhile, political prisoners continue to linger under unbearable conditions in prisons that no foreign diplomat is allowed to visit.
In an open letter to human rights activists, political prisoner, Reza Akbari Monfared, incarcerated in Gohardasht prison, in his letter he spoke of the more than 60 condemnations on the regime for human rights abuses, he also told about mothers whose 6 children were killed by the mullahs regime. He asks us this question; if the regime is honest in its claims why did they not allow  Mr. Ahmad Shaheed, the former UN special rapporteur to visit the country, and also despite insistence of Ms. Asma Jahangir, the UN special rapporteur for human rights in Iran, why does the regime not allow her to meet and speak with the political prisoners and prisoners of conscience in various prisons across Iran?read more

Why has Khamenei entered advertising against (MEK/PMOI)?

Following the ignominy of the movie “Adventure of Nimrooz (Midday Adventure)", made against the People’s Mujahedin Organization of Iran ( PMOI/MEK),

By INU Staff
INU - Following the ignominy of the movie “Adventure of Nimrooz (Midday Adventure)", made against the People’s Mujahedin Organization of Iran ( PMOI/MEK), the news agency of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) released the news about the meeting of Iranian regime's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei with film producers which exposes Khamenei’s role in the production of this movie. The IRGC was also involved in the production of the movie in February/March 2017.
The news was first released by the IRGC following confessions and protests among various government bands due to the ignominy of this scandalous film. It was then published by other state-run news agencies.
According to state-run news agencies, Khamenei who was after production of this movie against the MEK, in the meeting with his subordinates who produced the movie said: “This film ‘Midday Adventure’ was very good. All the components of the movie were great; it was a great director; excellent play and great stories. The film was well-made.”
The reports show that Khamenei in the same meeting ordered the production of a movie to and whitewash the crimes of the Evin executioner, Assadollah Lajevardi, and show the facts upside down and misrepresent this criminal.

WHY ARE SUPPRESSION AND ARRESTS RAMPING UP IN IRAN

The intensification of arrests of activists of the Iranian Resistance and (PMOI/MEKin Iran

By INU Staff
INU - According to reports obtained from inside Iran, the past months have seen a spike in arrests and executions. In fear of mass anti-state protests similar to those that took place in 2009, the regime has resorted to raid the homes of political and human rights activists in Iran, especially the supporters of the main resistance group People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK).
This happens against the backdrop of a widespread campaign in Iran condemning the regime’s three-decade-long crimes in the country’s prisons, especially the massacre of 30 thousand political prisoners in the summer of 1988.READ MORE
